International Flight Safety Project Summary
- 2 July 2010 – EAG Steering Group task EAG with identifying potential Projects.
- 18 October 2010 – EAG Working Group provided with Multinational Training Project Initiation Form.
- 9 November 2010 – EAG Working Group Members endorse, during the WG Meeting at RAF High Wycombe, taking the Project to the Assessment Phase (the Crew Resource Management element of the Project was removed at this stage to avoid duplication).
- 5 January 2011 – AD AOG plans to meet representatives from NATO and the UK’s Directorate of Aviation Regulation & Safety (DARS) at RAF Northolt in order to discuss the Project.
- 31 March2011 – During the EAG WG Meeting in Bonn it was decided that, due to the existence of numerous other Flight Safety forums, there was no requirement for the EAG to continue with the Flight Safety Project.
- 16 May 2011 – The Minutes of the EAG WG Meeting in Bonn were issued which confirmed the closure of the project.
