EX SEC
The Executive Secretariat supports the EAG Directorate to develop and implement policies, directives and initiatives aimed at improving the operational capabilities of EAG air forces through enhanced interoperability.
To do so, the EX SEC area:
- Supports the COS in the monitoring and coordination of technical arrangements, studies, and initiatives in support of selected EAG themes, objectives and priorities;
- Supports the COS in controlling how the EAG products are employed and collecting appropriate feedback from users;
- Prepares EAG Steering Group (SG) / Working Group (WG) meetings on behalf of the COS and as directed by the Chairman of the EAG WG. Acts as the secretary of the EAG SG / WG and initiate/supervise/monitor follow-on actions resulting form these meetings;Participates in the development of EAG corporate communications including presentations to diverse organisations, production and/or co-ordination of publicity for the EAG and the development of the EAG website as directed by his/her AD.
