EAG Handbook
- Book 1 – A quick reference to the founding and authoritative documents by which the EAG conducts its day to day activities (this document is currently only available to EAG Parties’ Eyes Only – please contact the webmaster for a copy).
- Book 2 – Provides a list of Technical Arrangements that are currently in Force (as at Dec 10, this is under review).
- Book 3 – Detail Studies conducted by the EAG (as at Dec 10, this is under review).
EAG Staff Directive (SD)
- SD No 1 – Outlines general procedures and instructions applicable to the EAG.
- SD No 2 – Outlines the EAG organisational structure and Job Descriptions.
- SD No 3 – States the policies , responsibilities and procedures governing International Evaluation Reports (IERs) for military personnel assigned to the EAG.
- SD No 4 – States the procedures, instructions and responsibilitiesto plan, execute and assess a VOLCANEX exercise.
- SD No 5 – States the policies, responsibilities and procedures governing the initiation, management and completion of EAG Projects. A word version of the Project Initiation Form is also available.
