Courses

The EAG has developed, together with the EAG Nations, the Advance Interoperable Load Management (AILM) course. This Multinational Logistic Air Movement course is projected as a “train the trainer” course and comprises of the following 11 modules:
- module 1 Security, safety and generalities
- module 2 Generalities airplanes
- module 3 Restraining material
- module 4 Weight and balance
- module 5 Procedures passenger & cargo handling
- module 6 Practice cargo buildup
- module 7 Loading vehicle
- module 8 Manifests
- module 9 ACHE air cargo handling equipment
- module 10 Special procedures
- module 11 DG handling (basic key 6) ECVC
In June 2011 the 2nd AILM course was held in Belgium St Truiden with the support from a DEU C160 and a NLD C130 A/C and the Cargo Handling facilities at Eindhoven Airbase. A class with participants from UK(1), NOR(2), DEU(2), FRA(2), BEL(2), SWE(2), SPA(2) and ITA(2) attended the highly appreciated course.
