As part of its annual cycle of events, the EAG held its second 1 STAR Forum at RAF High Wycombe in the UK on 28 February 2018. The Forum was Chaired by the EAG Deputy Director, Air Cdre Robert Adang (RNLAF) and attended by the EAG 1 Star Points of Contact from the seven EAG Air Forces. The EAG 1 Star Forum provides valuable guidance for the EAG’s projects and future direction, and its members are well-placed to influence policy within their respective air forces. Building on the first Forum, which took place in 2017, this second meeting discussed key elements from within the EAG’s current spectrum of projects, as well as its network and also the potential for future engagement in areas such as the space domain. The outcomes from these discussions will now provide guidance and perspective for the EAG’s work across all of its domains. The next scheduled events in the EAG’s Governance cycle will be its Working Group Meeting in April followed by the Steering Group Meeting in June.
